Carles Sala sap mantenir el to adient per adre\u00e7ar-se als joves lectors i oferir-los un interessant relat fant\u00e0stic, amb personatges ben caracteritzats i travats, que deuen molt a una certa tradici\u00f3 costumista per una banda i al simbolisme popular per l\u2019altra. Cal remarcar-hi tamb\u00e9 tant les il\u00b7lustracions d\u2019Andrada, for\u00e7a adients per ambientar la hist\u00f2ria, com l\u2019acurada edici\u00f3 del llibre.
